چکیده
مجموعه امنیتی خاورمیانه و شمال آفریقا را شاید بتوان یکی از مجموعههایی دانست که همچنان امنبت زیست محیطی در آن به عنوان بخشی از سیاست سفلی به تعبیر واقعگرایی در نظر گرفته میشود. با وجود این تحولات اخیر و افزایش تغییرات آب و هوایی از یک سو و بی ثباتی سیاسی در این مجموعه سبب شد تا این موضوعات به مرور اهمیتی فزاینده پیدا کنند به صورتی که در برخی از حوزهها به مهمترین دغدغه برخی از کشورهای منطقه تبدیل شود. بر این اساس سؤال اصلی که مطرح میشود این است که بیثباتی سیاسی چگونه منجر به ناامنی زیست محیطی در خاورمیانه و شمال آفریقا شده است؟ در پاسخ باید گفت که بیثباتی سیاسی با اثرگذاری بر کاهش تمرکز دولت بر بودجه اختصاصی به موضوعات زیست محیطی، تخریب مستقیم به سبب جنگ، فقدان مذاکرات مستقیم و مؤثر، تخریب جنگها در نتیجه بیثباتی مدیریتی و فساد و عدم تمرکز بر انرژیهای پاک سبب تخریب محیط زیست شده که در مقابل خود منجر به افزایش نارضایتی و فرسوده شدن ثبات و مشروعیت دولتهای منطقه میشود. پژوهش پیش رو برای اثبات این موضوع تلاش کرده تا با استفاده از رویکرد کمی در قالب آمار و جداول و رویکرد کیفی در قالب تفسیر روندهای سیاسی و زیست محیطی به ارزیابی جامعی از این موضوع برسد.
