جایگاه ارزشهای اخلاقی در نظریات روابط بین الملل و اسلام

چکیده

یکی از موضوعات اساسی که در نظام بین‌الملل فعلی اغلب در تئوری به آن پرداخته شده و در عمل کمتر اجرا می‌شود ارزش‌های اخلاقی مانند عدالت، صلح و حقوق بشر است. با توجه به سیاست عملی قدرتهای بزرگ نقض ارزشهای اخلاقی در سراسر جهان، در وضعیت کنونی بیش از هر زمان دیگر پرسشهایی در مورد جایگاه و نقش ارزشهای اخلاقی و انسانی در سیاست بین‌الملل مطرح است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی جایگاه ارزشهای اخلاقی در نظریه‌های روابط بین‌الملل، این پرسش را مطرح کرده است: در نظریه‌های روابط بین‌الملل ارزشهای اخلاقی چه جایگاهی دارند؟ با توجه به اینکه اساسا امر اجتماعی دربردارنده معنایی اخلاقی است، فرضیه این است که در همه نظریات روابط بین‌الملل فضایی اخلاقی وجود دارد. بنابراین همه نظریه‌هایی که مخالف دیدگاه‌های اثباتگرایانه در حوزه روابط بین‌الملل هستند به صورت مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم با ارزشهای اخلاقی مرتبط بوده و به آن توجه کرده‌اند. با این وجود در نظام بین‌الملل ملاک رفتار اخلاقی دولتها، منافع ملی آنهاست که بر مبنای رویکرد اثباتگرا عمل می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و با نگاهی مقایسه‌ای، جایگاه ارزشهای اخلاقی در رویکردهای اثباتگرا و پسااثباتگرا از جمله نظریه انتقادی، پست مدرنیسم و سازه‌انگاری را بررسی نموده و با جایگاه ارزشهای اخلاقی در اسلام مورد مقایسه قرار داده است. با توجه به اینکه میزان توجه به ابعاد ارزشهای اخلاقی متاثر از ماهیت، نوع و حوزه پوشش هر کدام از نظریه‌هاست، این مسئله با تجزیه و تحلیل مبانی فرانظری هستی‌شناختی، معرفت‌شناختی و روش‌شناختی صورت گرفته است.
