Examining anti-Iranian Jewish and Zionist narratives and their impact on the mentality of Zionist society

Abstract

The society of the fictional state of Israel, throughout its extremely short history, has been associated with ancient and modern narratives and texts that have fostered an irrational and ahistorical fear or hatred of the Iranian nation. These anti-Iranian narratives or texts are usually categorized into two groups: ancient and pre-Islamic Iran, and contemporary Islamic Iran. While the Zionist argument regarding the anti-Semitism of Muslim Iranians, especially in the contemporary period and after the Islamic Revolution of Iran in 1979, is highlighted by the narratives and texts of contemporary Zionist writers such as the french Bernard henry Livy, who portrays Iranians as Nazis in his book The Empire and the Five Kings: America's Abdication and the Fate of the World. This research aims to prove the hypothesis that many Jewish citizens of occupied Palestine suffer from an Iranophobic mentality by presenting scientific evidence in a library-based manner and using content analysis methodology. The importance of this research is also due to the fact that it opens the reader's eyes to the psychology of the society with which he is currently at war And even the election of Netanyahu, a warmonger and anti-Iranian, as Prime Minister of Israel could be one of these signs.
