Abstract

Iraqi Kurdistan is a region of geopolitical and geostrategic importance that has been autonomous since 1991 by two factors, and in 2003, under the auspices of global developments and the intervention of the United States and other allies, formed a government based on federalism. Developments and policies in the Kurdistan Region, given the region's geography and the formation of Kurdish nationalism, have heightened concerns in the region's Kurdish-dominated minorities (Iran, Turkey, Syria, and Central Iraq). The impact of the political and geopolitical developments of the Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government on the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the influential role of the United States and Israel in regional security equations within the Copenhagen School and the Regional Security Complex have been the main criteria for research. : How will the political and geopolitical developments in Iraqi Kurdistan affect the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran? In answer to this question, it seems that given the strategic position and strategic position of Iraqi Kurdistan in the region and the influence of the United States and Israel in it, it can have negative consequences and serious threats to the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran. this research.
